Are these good or should I replace
Those push rods are stock 3-piece POSs. Even if the 2 of them weren't UTTERLY DESTROYED (the 4th one down is similarly ruined too, just not as bad yet), they need to be replaced, unless you're putting a stock LM7 cam in it or the like.
I'd have to see the surface of the cam bearings that wears, which is the BOTTOM, to be sure about those; but by the amount of varnish on the part where there's potentially a gap, I'm guessing those are as smoked as the push rods.
The black varnish, instead of tan/brown, is another VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD sign. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that this thing had serious crank wear, spun main and/or rod bearings, smoked like a freight train, or otherwise was obviously USED UP before it came out of the vehicle it was in. Looks kinda like it was a plow truck or some such.

Send the block to a reputable machine shop for a re-hone and have new cam bearings installed. Also have them go through the cylinder heads if your unable to clean them up and rebuild them yourself. I take it your going back together with new piston rings, rod and main bearings, and also replacing the lifters and pushrods.
