Default High DCR with stock compression?

What am i doing wrong? My cam has a IVC of 46 and the calculator shows a dcr of 9.49:1?

That's calculated at 0.050 the # at 0.006 would be lower

Use the 006 IVC to calculate DCR. If the card is not present, add 26 degrees to your 050 number.
