Default Stroker build in used cylinder?

Any one assembled a 4'' stroke rotating assembly in used cylinder bores?

Your asking if the block can be used with cylinders unhoned? Just trying to be clear.

Yes just hone with ball hone.

As long as there are no ridges where the rings stop at tdc and bdc a hone should be ok.
A stone hone will show any ridges more clearly than a ball hone.
