Default Push rod length after cam change

I put a stage 3 summit turbo cam in a lm7 engine(2005) Ive been running a year and i put a set of ls9 head gaskets on it, stock rockers, pac-1218 springs, turbo

The 7.400 length push rods i ordered with it are too short. 7.420" gets the lash out of it on both valves with the checker tool. This is checking by tightening the socket with just my fingers. Adding the .070" to it for preload for 7.490".

They have 7.425, 7.450, 7.475, 7.500" rods.

Any advice which way i go since I'll be either under by .015 or over by .010?

If you are measuring with calipers, use the 7.475, since they will actually be 7.483 measured with caliper. Or order custom length from someone like manton and specify your measurements method.

Ok. So if you order from comp for example, 7.475, you will get 7.483 if you put a caliper on them. So I would suggest running with that.
