Default 2007 5.3 (L33) Pre AFM

Hello, I am having a problem with my 07 old body style 5.3 l33. I have what I think is an exhaust leak coming from the driver side. It is a crate motor with 3,000 miles on it and I have replaced the manifold and gasket and have even bought a Remflex gasket and the leak appears the same and doesn’t even change tones. It goes away once your start it and it warms up but when the RPMs raise above 1500 going down the road you can hear a very quite tick noise that sounds just like and exhaust leak. I am absolutely clueless at this point and have tried absolutely everything. Have checked the head and manifold for warpage and everything appears to be fine. Any help or suggestions would be great. After doing some reading I’m beginning to wonder if it might be the catalytic converter but it just doesn’t sound like a rattle, it is more of a exhaust tick almost like there is a broken bolt or something (which there isn’t) this motor is pre AFM. I have even tried running ATF through the oil to see if it quiets it to see if maybe the noise is lifter noise but that does not appear to be the issue. Any help or advice would be great because I am completely lost and confused right now.

ATF is not going to do anything to a 3,000 mile engine, have you taken it to an exhaust shop???
got a video?

Stuff rags into the exhaust tips and duct tape to hold them in place. It'll be really quiet and will increase back pressure enough to amplify a leak. And It should run.

Dribble a small amount of marvel in while running,, it smokes like crazy,, have a bud cover the exhaust with rags, it usually generates a bit of smoke out of the leak . actually it generates a TON of smoke,, do this outside! ?

Worked to find a crack in my jeeps exhaust manifold.
