I bought a brand new set of 821 heads and ls3 intake off a 525hp crate engine $1000 today. I was thinking buying a lq9 and putting these on. Good idea?? Or should I get a lq4 bore it to 6.2 and install ls3 rods and pistons?? I don’t want to deal with vvt on a l92 block and ls3 blocks are ridiculous priced. Car will be street driven. Like to see 450plus whp. Want a choppy cam with decent midrange going in a 67 camaro 4l80e

Your what?? LQ4 or LQ9? Only diff there is the pistons. Same block.
