Default Help identifying large sensor drivers side #7 cyl block

Can anyone tell what this is? I can’t find pictures or info anywhere. It’s on the driver side of the block, looks like it screws in, very large and I think there’s a 3 pin connector.

Thats called a block heater. It's used in cold climates, it has a cord that plugs into a 120 volt wall socket. Also has a heat element that heats the coolant.

Ahhh makes sense now. I see they make plugs, as long as it doesn’t get in the way I’ll probably just leave it.
