Catch can bone dry
Catch can bone dry So I've had a few LS vehicles and all had catch cans on them. At 4000-5000 miles when I do an oil change, there is usually a few teaspoons of oil in there. I have a 30k mile LS1 in my trans am that I switched to an LS6 valley cover/PCV and installed a catch can on. Car is a cam only auto. Was doing an oil change and my catch can is DRY. I wiped my finger inside and it's like brand new. Is this normal??? I blew in the hose in passenger valve cover and it builds pressure pretty quick (like one full lung-full of air will make it blow back at me) but bleeds down and doesn't build pressure if the oil cap is off. Is it clogged somewhere?
