So I bought s set of eagle h beam rods and had land sharp rocker arms dirt cheap from a friend since...well his wife found out what all this cost and blew a valve herself so he selling much of it off I acquired both for 300$ the rods I got are CRS6100M3D are these a good rod to put in a 6.0 lq4? I know the stock rods are great in the ls motors but the ones in my motor are fairly worn so they need replacing anyway any input on these would be great

 

I didn't know rods wore out.
Bearings in the big end and bushings (floating pin only) in the small end.
Replace those and rods are good as new.

 

Nice set of rods there. You’ll have to go to a floating piston setup with a pin diameter to match your new rods (.945) and obviously a balance job is necessary. But yes, the rods will work fine.
