So as many of you know, I was working on a ls1/LS6.

My question is can A LS3 head gasket be used on a LS1 block with PRC 2.5 heads? More importantly, any long term issues?

You can, I wouldn't though.

It's best to get one made for the bore, 3.905 - 3.910 is what you should get.
