Default backpressure at start up

I recently put a cam in my car and had it tuned for the cam and not for the nitrous(130 wet shot), Im throwing the car back on the dyno in a week and I was wondering what some of you thought about this. Whenever I first start up the car and let it sit for a minute then when drive normal for a minute and hit the gas heavily the car will have a lot of back pressure and pop quite a bit and under full accel. the car puts out a lot of black smoke like its running rich and have never been tuned, my boss at the shop said I need to beat on the car for a whole day cuz there is a lot of carbon in the fuel system/injectors. I tried putting in some fuel injector cleaner and that had no effect. Do you think I should put some new injectors on the car or clean em out before I do the tuning on the dyno or is it just normal with the cam dumping the fuel? thanks 4 your help
