Rocker arm torque specs. I’ve seen that rocker arms are to be torqued to 22 ft lbs. I’m running 225 PRC heads with a 224/228 cam, I upgraded the trunnions, and the bolt is a hex type. I followed the torque sequence of the rocker arms but I torqued the ******* to 24 ft lbs. did I over torque or am I fine since I’m not stock?

It's fine, you're way over thinking. I bet most people don't even use a torque wrench when they put rockers on.
I used a Harbor Freight torque wrench when I did mine, I'm pretty sure I did like 25 ft/lbs.
