Would you be happy with these heads? Here is what MTI says about their heads:
Stage 2E Cylinder Heads
Complete hand porting of intake, and exhaust runners for excellent flow volume & air speed with major bowl work performed. Ferrea 2.02" stainless one piece intake valves, and 1.56" exhaust valves are used in the factory valve seats. High performance dual valve springs coupled with our custom lightweight titanium retainers and specially machined spring cups offer the most stable, and reliable valvetrain. These heads can be milled .030" to increase the compression ratio by 1/2 of a point. This is an excellent street cylinder head with flow numbers exceeding well over 300 CFM on the intake runner and 210+ on the exhaust side. Each set of cylinder heads will come with their own individual flow sheet. If you're looking for a great cylinder head at a great price, look no further. Available for LS1, LS6, LQ9 and all 5.3L truck castings. See the flow sheet attached to this page for flow data.
And here is the flow sheet on the heads.

I'm not trying to bash MTI here as I recommended the customer buy their heads when he decided he could not wait for a set of AFRs to be available.
Just like everyone in the other thread stated. Take the car to the track and see what happens.

So 100rwhp gain through H/C is within the norms. Colonel dynoed 420 but with true LS6 castings and some other mods.
Also Colonel grind is a custom prototype XE-R Comp grind 224/220, .581/.581 116lsa while MTI production cam is a LUNATI 224/221, .576/.581 116+4lsa.
Him and i are just having this discussion that the 2 cams are slightly different.
