Default Cam selection help.

Well I'm finishing my bolt ons now. I want a cam. Id like to shift at no more than 6500, and ill redo the whole valvetrain to support that. But I want stock heads, and I want to get 400 rwhp. I have mac mids, with ORY, then a cutout with hooker catback. LS6 Intake, with ported throttle body. Lid/filter. I have stock gears but I'll be doing my rear end this winter. What cam do you guys think would fit my needs. This car has to be able to drive all day during the summer. Stealthy cams would be nice, I was lookin at the tr224, the MTI stealth 2. Any other cam suggestions guys?

that HP with stock heads and stealthiness is gonna be hard... being an M6 u might get close, a bigger cam with a good tune might be stealthy enough, but will take u past 6500... i'd try the tried and true TR224/114, or MTI's C2/114, or FMS's F2, F4 or F5, on a 114... they all should be fairly smooth with a good tune and peak in the 6500 area...

I really like my TSP (Comp) 224/224/.581/.581/112LSA.

Thanks,
Glenn

Stealth will be REALLY hard for 400rwhp. A 224/224 will be hard to squeeze 400 out of. You will definitly need more bolt-ons to get that, but it's possible. 228/228 or 231/237 should get you that with your current mods.

400rwhp with stealth cam can be had very easily if you add a nice set of heads to go with it.
