Oil Life Question
Oil Life Question How long can synthetic oil be trusted in the car? I run Mobil 1, and am on a 4000 mile interval, but it takes me over a year to put that on, thus the worry. Thanks!

Once a year in your case is a safe interval. I think 6k or one year is a pretty good rule of thumb, although if you do a ton of highway driving it's completely safe to go 10k. Beyond 10k is something I'd only recommend doing if you're going to do an oil analysis.
