Oil Pressure Issue So I've noticed lately after my cam swap (Melling 10295 pump was installed as well) The motor has 50psi cold idle, 40psi hot idle, around 170 degrees it'll rise with RPM like normal all the way to 6500 rpm I'll have 70psi. Once the engine is hot though, it'll rise a little to 50psi and stay there. Car runs fine and sounds fine, just curious why this could be.

That doesn't sound too out of line; as the oil gets hotter, viscosity drops. Thus, it becomes easier to push through the engine's clearances/ restrictions, and pressure drops.
Are you using the factory gauge? I don't really trust those.

Should be just fine. If in doubt buy a oil filter cutter and inspect the filter for metal. Since warmer weather is here you could switch to the Mobil 1 European 0W-40 for a slight bump in viscosity. This oil has been tested and is closer to a 0W-35 viscosity. I've used this oil quite a lot and it's available at Walmart IIRC for $24 in the 5qt jug.
