which cam to use?

which cam to use? I have a 00' Z28, the engine from the intake back is stock but i am wanting to put in a mild cam. which cam would give me the best results with the stock setup? i would also like to know how hard it is to install without pulling the engine. thanks. 
1. whats your definition of "mild"
2. what tranny
3. is this a daily driver or weekend car
4. do you have access to tuning
5. do you have any emissions requirements
6. what rpm range are you looking for

i would say dont even get a cam and finish your bolt ons.
