Default Ls rods with BBC Journal

Hi ls1techworld, hoping you can help or point me in the right direction.
I am searching for a pair of replacement con rods. They were originally manufactured by Callies for ERL performance so a bit difficult to order new ones now. They are an Ultra rod 6.125 length with 0.928 small end and BBC big end 2.235.
Would anyone know where a pair of rods may be. Additional specs in attached

First off, welcome to LS1Tech. I highly doubt that you’ll ever find two replacements. Those are very unique pieces, and are crazy heavy as you know yourself. You must be running a big power combo to need that exact rod. I feel like you’ll likely end up replacing your rotating assembly to get this thing back running. Wishing you good luck and hopefully I’m wrong.

I'd suggest contacting Callies. Obviously they have the tooling to do what you need, and they make the blanks. Now I don't know what your cost vs time dynamic might be, but if it's anything like mine, the length of time you may have to spend scouring the planet, isn't worth the small savings you might maybe, or might maybe not, achieve by restricting yourself away from just buying new. Esp since you've got the specs right there and they can just duplicate them.

Thanks,
I have emailed callies and await a reply. Because they are an ERL performance spec, I believe callies may be reluctant to remanufacture. I have also emailed ERL inc (parent company) to see if I can gain approval for the remanufacturer (and pay a licence fee as required). Also thought it would pay to throw it out into the world and look for a lead.

Yes the rods are heavy and came out of a high hp build. If I can't acquire a pair, I think the options are to either have a set made to suit my application or resize the big end of the crank to standard ls 2.1 and buy a set off the shelf.

I am looking to build a reliable 1500hp ls. Approx 900 with centrifical blower and the rest, progressive ecu controlled nitrous. All going to plan, also intend to use full skirt pistons and external crank trigger. I realise this may be over engineered compared to some builds but would prefer to leave some margin.

Once again open to you thoughts, and hopefully leads on the rods. Cheers
