Default Valve adjustment

At what positions can multiple valves be adjusted (or pushrod length measured) on an LS?

There's different ways of doing it but I prefer the EOIC method starting at 1,3,5,7 and then 2,4,6,8 and the rocker arms are to be torqued to 22ft lbs. You always want to be on the base circle of the cam to measure the PR length and it's best to be on the base circle before you torque the rocker arms.

That's correct, each cylinder. When the exhaust valve begins to open that means the intake valve on that cylinder is on the base circle and can be adjusted and when the intake valve begins to close the exhaust valve will be on its base circle and can then be adjusted. You'll do this to each of the cylinders.
