Cam identification
I'd look in Comp Cams catalog of cam lobes.
I think 3722r might be Comps' lobe ID for the 224 XE-R lobe. Used to have that cam and the number seems familiar. Likewise, 3725r is 230.
My gueess is you have a Comp Cam 224/230 .581/.588 maybe .591 lift XER cam probably on a 112 LSA
Definately verify as that was ~20 years ago.

The 112 is the LSA and 0.0 means no built-in advance. So its on a 112 ICL. HR stands for Hydraulic Roller. The long number with the dash is either a part number or serial. Not sure which, my custom grind in my 383 has 08-300 there which is a Comp designation for a step nose SBC hydraulic roller cam, 300 is custom grind.
