Default Ls2 wont turn over

Hi guys! Im having an issue with an ls2 Ive had built and Im here to find out if anyone may have experienced my issue. I have been tuning on a motor for a while now and noticed one day it seemed like the battery was weak. So I hooked up a jump box and tried to fire it up. Broke the ear off the starter. So I bought a new starter thinking maybe the starter was the issue. Turned over a few times a broke the new starter. So Ive tried turning it by hand and it seemed pretty tight for a few turns and now I cant get it to budge. I pulled all 8 spark plugs and the broke starter. Still wont budge. Its a fresh motor that I just finished the build and before these issues it fired up easy and ran fine other then being very rich. Im at a loss to what the issue is. Over the last several weeks its probabaly ran 30 minutes with no ticks or rattles. Oil pressure was fine. Im using Holley terminator to tune and went back to make sure oil pressure was fine. Then all of the sudden doesnt want to turn over. And it was in neutral. Thanks to anyone who reads this!

So it won't turn over by hand with the plugs out?

That dosen't sound good sir. If you were in N with the spark plugs removed and it won't turn over by hand then something is not right internally. Have you removed the rocker arms to see if that frees it up? If not then unfortunatley you'll need to pull the timing cover and drop the pan to investigate further.

Drain the oil, cut the filter open.

It sounds like it has slowly been eating itself.

Unbolt the flexplate from the converter and see if it will turn over, before you start to pull it out. Eliminate the easy stuff first. Good oil pressure tells me it’s not a bearing issue. Could be something simple hopefully.

Sounds to me that it might have hydrolocked from fuel possible and when it broke the ear off the starter it probably broke something internal.
