I'm looking at the valve seals and they all look the same. Is there a difference between the intake and exhaust valve seals in this kit? Another stupid question, I take it the black ones are the seats and shiny ones are the retainers? Obviously my first time doing a cam/spring swap.

 

Yes, the seals are the same... and the black ones are the seats, shiny are the retainers.

And remember.... The little spring goes inside the big spring..

 

When you go to remove your stock one's you will notice there are two different seals, just use the one's they sent you, it's fine...
