Ticking when warm So i don’t have any more ideas. My Chevy 5.3l is ticking when warm with 40psi oil pressure…
Most time passenger side but some time on both…
following parts are new (stock 5.3l from 2002)
Without a change
lifter with trays(gm trays)
Pushrods
rockerarms
oil pump oring
exhaust manifold gaskets and manifold itself
sparkplugs and wires

The only thing I would check is that all of the rocker arms still have all of their needle bearings. If a few have fallen out of one, it could start getting noisy.
