Default AI 241 CNC head question

We built a 2004 Corvette 12 years ago, sold it 7 years ago, and have the opportunity to get it back. Here's is what we did to it:

Tick SNS Stage III cam, BTR springs, TFS pushrods
stock 241 heads and LS6 intake
Vararam intake
1 & 7/8" ARH longtubes, 3" off-road x-pipe, B&B Bullets
Yank SS4000
3.90
Bogart race wheels with 295/60/15 Hoosier drag radials and M&H front runners
Wolfe 6-point bolt-in roll bar with Stroud 5-point cam lock harnesses
custom tune from East Texas Muscle Cars in Longview, Texas

Car made 429 to the wheels NA and will run 11.2x's in great air at sea level with 1.50 60' times and 119 mph trap speeds.

It also has a very nice Nitrous Outlet wet kit with stand alone fuel cell and pump, Lingenfelter LNC 2000 and all of the other necessary bells and whistles. On a 150 shot it made 565 to the wheels. At the track the nitrous is blowing through the converter so Dave at Yank recommends tightening up the SS4000 to a SS3600 to solve that issue.

Here's my question: I'd like to pick up 4 tenths or so to be able to run some 11.0 index stuff NA. Would sending our heads to AI to have them do their 241 CNC 219 cc package as well as adding a FAST 102 intake and GM 92 TB get us where we need to be? Hope is to get it in the upper 10s NA, tighten the converter and be able to spray it into the upper 9s to run 10.0 index stuff too.

Thanks.

You'd be better off with some 243 heads as the port shape is better than the 241 design.
I don't know what the gains would be, but you WILL gain.

Phil is doing the HCR package if you email him. That will get you the most power out of 241s without the need to upgrade to 243s.. Those with a fast should meet your goal..

If wanting AI heads, I'd go through PCM for Less of NC as they are a distributor for AI products. AI has a terrible reputation for communicating with customers.

PCM no longer list them as a vendor that they sell. In the past, I was told it was because of the lead times. They might still be able to get them But I haven't called recently to find out.
