Default Cam / Lifter / Pushrod help plz

I'm building an LQ4 6.0 with 70k on it.

I've got 709 heads with blue ls3 springs.

I'm planning on a Truck Norris cam.
(TN full cam kit comes with 7.4 pushrods for reference)

2 questions...

should i run the stock pushrods?

Do I need to replace the lifters and trays?

If you haven't milled the heads, or just a cleanup, stock length should be fine.
With only 70k on it, the lifters and trays should still be good to go.

If you get the pushrods with the kit, I would definitely use them. Even though they are the same length, stock pushrods are not particularly strong. I have slightly bent stock pushrods on a stock lift cam before, just because I had heavier valve springs and ran it up to 6800rpm. I would see no reason in the world to change lifters or cups unless something visibly damaged them, in which case I would have other worries.

Don't know specs on that cam, but any LS engine can benefit from hardened pushrods, and at 70k miles.....I'd be putting in new lifter trays. You're already in there, and they're cheap insurance. USE ONLY GM TRAYS!!!
