Can anyone please confirm that these connecting rods are the same as LS2 rods and that they will fit my LS1?
I'm rebuilding my motor and want to swap to the later bushed rods.

I found mention of the part number (12573847) in this thread on the second post. I assume it's just a superceded number which is why it didn't show up in a search? https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...-rod-part.html
That is a Gen4 rod set. It’s up to you to determine if that set is matched weight. You also want to measure one to see if length is correct. There are are couple oddball sets of LS rods that have an odd wristpin size, so do your homework here. The 3847 part number says that they should work, but do your diligence here before you throw any money at them.

I did plenty of searching and everything tells they are all the same size(all the ones that we have in Australia anyway).
I bought them and I guess I'll find out next week when the machine shop checks them for me.
