Default LM7 5.3 help

I have measured my bores and the largest is 3.783 with 3.780 being stock spec. Can I hone and rebuild with stock pistons and rings or do I require bore with larger rings and pistons?

5.3's typically wear the piston skirts. New pistons and rings should be fine. If you've never honed a cylinder before you may just want to leave it alone. Post some pics of cylinders and old pistons if you want. I've had good results Just putting new pistons, rings, and oil pump if everything else looks good
