Unhappy Scratch on head

Got my heads resurfaced by a local machine shop. noticed this scratch that is deep enough to feel with my fingernail right on the edge of the combustion chamber. Looks like they slipped while deburring the edges. I was just wondring how big of a risk I would be taking if I tried to run it. Thanks

I would feel uneasy about it. Take it and the other back for another cut.

You can clearly see where the tool came out of the chamber rim. Yeah, I’d carry them both back out there and have them make it right. That’s in a spot where you don’t want scratches or ridges. Another skim cut will up compression a fuzz, which helps everything…unless your already at 12:1 or something crazy, and have borderline piston to valve clearance?

Already at 10.8 so I was hoping I wouldn't have to. Will definitely talk to them about it. I Appreciate it.
