6.0 lq9
This is the cam
Any of the common lifters will work fine. Usual suspects would be the LS7 ones (stock replacement for everything nowadays) but you could also use Morel, Johnson, etc. For springs, PAC1218 would be fine. You don't need any bearings unless the b lock is torn down or something. Stock rockers are OK; even better might be a trunnion upgrade such as from CHE.
Heads that came on a LQ9 are 317 casting. Somewhat large chamber, good flow. Nothing wrong with using those, given that the cam isn't real aggressive or anything; this doesn't look like a "go for broke" kind of build. Same heads came on a LQ4. If you don't have them, you could use the 243/799 from a slightly later vehicle, which flow about the same as the 317 but have slightly smaller chambers (higher compression). The intake that came on the LQ9 is pretty good, if it'll fit whatever you're putting this into, and you're gonna use the 3-bolt DBW TB. Same as LM7, LR4, LQ4, etc. from around 03 to 06. Stock LQ9 injectors are the same as LR4/LM7/LQ4 and are largely maxed out in stock trim; you could replace them with 8.1 marine ones, or maybe the flex-fuel ones.
