Default Performance pRoblems

I have a 1999 Camaro SS, When this car was basically stock it had a whisper lid, and the SLP MAF and SLP Y pipe, everythign else was stock, take my car out to teh track, run a 13.02 at 110 in teh 1/4, since then i've put in a cam the LS6 cam,1.6ratio Roller rockers, bellows. thats it, Anyways im not running any faster than i was before, it actually ran a couple tenths slower, Anyone got any ideas? I've heard that its getting a false knock from my louder valve train and retarding my timeing and im losing hp. Any other suggestions?

why would u lower rocker ratio to 1.6, when stock is 1.7. Thats probably why u didn't see any gains. As far as knock goes; i'd like to ask how hot ur engine is running

Are you sure you ran 110mph with only 3 mods and in a 99? Anyways, compare the two slips and see if you are spinning or not...Like your 60's...

Also, I am new and was wondering what the point of the 1.8 rockers are? Do they make the pushrods longer to 1.8? If so thats prolly your problem. Isnt a 1.8 pushrod too long for the 02 LS6 cam?
