Help with engine RATTLE noise

Help with engine RATTLE noise Gen 3 5.3 with engine rattle at about 2k RPM. Seems to be coming from cyl 1 & 3 area.
Here is what I tried so far:
1. Removed both valve covers and started the car, nothing seems wrong.
2. Replaced spark plugs 1 & 3.
3. #1 cyl was reading 100°F hotter than 3,5,7. So I swapped injectors cyl 1 & 2. No change.
4. When I disconnect #1 coil, noise seems to go away.

I'm running e85 and saw hot idle as low as 17psi last year with dirty oil.
Oil pressure has not dropped at all when this noise appeared. Running like this for 2yrs.
M295 pump which I regret.
