Default Gen 3 L33 performance help.

Good afternoon all, I currently have 2006 Silverado 1500 LS, with slight mods.
forged internals
799 heads ported/ polished
headers
x pipe
TBSS intake
stage 2 BTR low lift truck cam
scorpion rockers
CAI

Motor has less than 5k miles, transmission from Pro-built Automatics, 2600 stall from Edge, (7 miles), swapped out the rear end from 342 to 373. (run 3 miles) miles are mostly from tuners to transmission shop.
My mechanic is no longer available. I am having the following issues.
Shifter skips over the Neutral icon on the dash board, although I do feel the neutral gear when I shift.
P0342 code.-
intermittent back fire and sputter on start.
runs rough.
None of the mechanics I know want to touch it, because of the mods. Does anyone know of any shops in Miami, Broward area that would?

The mod list is a bit questionable. Forged internals on such a mild setup and scorpion rockers which have a bad reputation and zero benefit on your combo.

Unfortunately, you might have to skip normal repair shops and search for shops that have done LS engine tuning.

Sounds like the gear selector switch on the side of the transmission. You can change that out yourself easily enough.

No idea about tuners in Miami metro.

Thanks for responding, my intention initially was for a mild build. I borrowed the recommendations for OnAllCylinders L33 build. The scorpions wasn't initially part of the original build plan, but the engine builder refused to go with the trunnion kit from Straub i purchased before hand. He implied eminent failure and he would not warranty the engine if i decided to go with the trunnions. My intention were to add a mild truck cam to retain some towing properties and possibly adding a power adder to achieve a 550HP goal. But here I am, the expected occurred unexpectedly and untimely. I was planning on a transmission and rear end upgrade, but they both failed, leading me to untimely expenses. Now i am looking for a decent inexpensive LS full service shop in South Florida that can assist me with the current issues and possibly give some insight to stabilize the current build. I am an enthusiast and not by any means technically or mechanically inclined, but In hind sight, I kinda' fell in love with the process, but i guess this is the part of the relationship that is seeing rough road.

I think maybe you got roped into buying unnecessary parts. The bottom end build was completely pointless in your case, and trunion upgrades have outperformed Scorpion rockers in more cases than anyone here will ever attempt to mention.

As far as tuners in your general area:
Redline Motorsports in Pampano Beach

There's a black plastic box on the driver's side of the transmission that slides over where the shift lever connects. It keeps track of what gear you're in to run the indicator and contains the neutral safety switch. Its usually very easy to remove, the only difficult part being to get the electrical connector out of it.

Hopefully, the intermittent back fire and start lag is directly related to the p0342 code and is attributed to a possible electric issue such as PCM or wire harness and not mechanical, i e, the cam.
Thanks for informing about RedLine. i saw previous posts about them but they were 10 years old. didnt know if they were still in business
