Default Valve rattle

Valve rattle at hi RPM and lifter tick 15 minutes after cold start and 15-20 minutes after hot restart. Rebuilt engine 'stock' has about 5k miles on it. After hot restart tick will go away by raising ram to 1500, cold oil pressure at idle 60ish psi, hot idle 35 mol, cold driving 72 psi, hot driving 60 psi. All new components 'melling ' did i get a bad lifter or ? It's sounds like number 2 piston 'front passenger ' i figured fuel at first, put octane booster in a few times and always use 93 octane. I'm about ready to pull the passenger head and replace all on that side but if I'm overlooking something else I sure would appreciate your help. New user here looking for advice.

It’s possible that you’re hearing detonation there, instead of lifter tick. Lifter noise will be very “metallic” sounding, and detonation will be a bit more muffled sounding. How is the tune? Do you ever log tunes to access? Not saying it can’t be lifter tick, but it’s unlikely at high rpm, unless your pushrod lengths are seriously on the short side, or you bought the crappiest lifter that Amazon had to offer…which I doubt would tick at rpm. I’ve also seen an exhaust leak be confused for lifter tick…something to check here.
