Are the intake and exhaust measured at .050?

Yeah I remember this one. Those are the same numbers I gave you out of their catalog the last time you asked about it and I thought the "3732" you had originally put up was a typo for "3723" until you posted a pic of the etching on it.

For most situations it'll be TERRIBLE. It's probably for a GINORMOUS shot of nitrous on an otherwise mostly stock motor, particularly with a poor-flowing exhaust. A "street sleeper" kind of deal maybe. In any other situation it's not A Good Idea. Too much exh duration to begin with, and with that SUUUUUUPER WIDE LSA, the exh valve will be opening about halfway through the power stroke, giving away MASSIVE amounts of torque and HP, if it's not needed by the requirement of clearing the cyls of the effects of the oxygen/fuel overload.

Best to advise your "buddy" (one of your other personalities?) to let it pass on to The Greater Fool. Trust me, s/he is out there, with a pocketful of money, just ITCHING to make a mistake and buy this ... thing. Might take awhile to find em though.

That’s definitely an oddball grind for an LS6. The 116 LSA will calm it down a lot, and with that exhaust duration it almost sounds like a boosted/nitrous-oriented cam. Probably decent top end power, but I’d expect it to feel a bit lazy down low in a stock-ish LS6.

Possibly, or was intended at some point, or something. I guess we'll never know. All we have left is a cam.

I'd suggest putting it on your shelf in a cam box, clearly marked, so that whenever The Greater Fool comes along, you'll be ready.
