Default Was the head swap worth it.

I swap heads about a week ago. I picked up a good amout of power. The pulls where done on the same dyno but the temp was way dif like 20 degs and the humiditey was sky high. I know dynos are supose to corect for this but i dont know on how acurate they are. I am thniking of going with the new magic stick in 3 or 4 mouths. So i can maximize the time i get on getting the most out of this cam.

This is after the heads swap.

Here is the same dyno as before but with the old pull on it with the old heads.

No. I pick up 30rwhp on 21dyno witch said i had 385rwhp unlocked with the old heads. When i did the cam swap to the 228 and when to RPM dyno day i had 360rwhp. RPM's dyno is realy low. There has only been 2 cars A4 N/A that have broken the 400mark unlocked on it. So swap to the new heads. 243 heads with 67cc chambers. Any one know what my CR would be with those chambers?

The lower numbers it was 77 out side and the DA was under 1000
The new numbers where done at 97 out side and the da was over 3000 not to mention the humidity.

Did you measure the HP at 7,400 rpms? It looks more like 380 hp. The spike at the end doesn't count. Either way, enjoy the added power.

If the RPMs on that chart are right I can only say 2 things.
1) I wouldn't have done it.
2) I would crap if I revved my engine that high.

LOL the rev is set at 6700 i shift at 6300. We tryed to get a locked run in but did not sucksed. Converter cam unlocked and i got a nice TQ spike. On the last run i made 417tq and 385 rwhp but the damn motor was so heat soked that i know it could have made 5-7 more that run.
