Slight Knock in valvetrain?

Does anyone else have a slight knock in thair valvetrain. It has been doing it on my car for a while and has not shown any codes. People tell me its just a "GM thing" It did not bother me too much untill I had my LT's installed. Now you can really hear it and it is very annoying. Any ideas?

Get that tube for that egr and bring it by the shop..we can take a look at it for ya.

does it sound like its coming from just one side?

Yeah. Sounds like from the driver side. It was doing it before the header install, you can just hear it much more now. In fact, it was even doing with the stock intake with the factory EGR tube.
