I personally would not heavily spray a sleeved 455. LOTS of stroke there...... besides I don't see where the cubes over a 427 is that terribly advantageous. ARE's 8 second ride is a 422, and I've heard of 414 cu in. motors doing near 600RWHP NA with the right set up. The extra cubes only seem to give more TQ with the limitations of the intakes. JMO.

If you want to go NA, go bigger..... but for heavy spray I wouldn't go over a 422/427 personally.
