Default stock block options?

i was curoius what options there are without boring out the block. any rotating assemblies that can raise ci w/o changing anything with the block. i had wanted to keep everything in tact in case, when i'm an old man many years from now, i decide i want to go back to stock. anything help would be greatly appreciated. any companies and links would be great too. thanks.

most aftermarket pistons are 3.905 which just amounts to a basic hone. there are also stock bore pistons (3.898). what kind of setup are you looking for; a forged bottom end or just rasing your compression. you can raise the compresion with smaller head chamber and a thinner gasket.

actually i'm more than likely going to drop the compression for a twin turbo setup. possibly nitrous too, but i don't know about that yet.
