Possible bad lifter?

1999 Z28 convertible, TR55's gapped at .050, MSD 8.5's, cutout ,FRA, TB bypass, goldline springs, short throw shifter, EGR mod, PCV mod, FTRA, ASP pulleys, Harwood 3" cowl induction hood, Bauer TB, chrome Z28 tips, 160 thermo, HPPIII, billet grille, drilled and slotted rotors, clear corners, MAC headers,LS6 intake, Comp 224/224 XER .581/.581 Camshaft, Rollmaster double roller chain, Manley springs, titanium retainers, TR hardened pushrods, Nitto DR's.
I ONLY got it after installing the cam, and 7.4" pushrods. I ran the 918's for a day and a half before the cam, and they were as silent as stock.
I get lots of KR, and I think this 'tick' is the cause.
It's definitely valvetrain related. It's at half crank speed.
