Default Bad driving with TR6?

Im going to be spraying next spring, and I'll be doing my header install in 1 week. Im going to put TR6 plugs in there for the spray coming next year. Will these plugs affect my daily driving? How much power would one lose NA using the nitro plugs?

When I changed from TR-55's to TR-6's I didn't notice any difference in power even with the much smaller gap on the TR-6's.
