its an LS6 cam, Z06 is the model of the corvette... what yr cam? 2001, or 2002-4? they r different...
'01: 204/211-.525/.525-116
'02+: 204/218-.551/.547-117.5
it will give maybe 20-30hp over stock, over 4000rpms

what exactly do u want from the car? if u want stock like idle and a big top end rush, its a decent cam... u should get a 'lid' if u don't have 1, and the flowmaster is more for sound then performance, so a decent cat-back like a magnaflow or borla would be better, then get some headers... the cam depends on what u like: smooth idle, rough, or lumpy... and where u want the power: strong mid range, or big top end, or somewhere in the middle... emissions and tuning is also something to think about...

Headers first, then cam.
As mentioned above, the 02 ls6 cam will give you gains above 4000rpms.
A nice baby cam with great streetability would be a TR220.
Nowadays, it's tiny, but it's a great alternative to an ls6 cam.

If you plan on tuning, then step up to a larger cam... as large as you want to go...

My intro cam was an MTI C1 222/222 .566/.566 112. It needed some tuning, but it was a great cam. It had great low and midrange power. The cam I have now is all about mid and mostly top end.

Check out all the sponsor's cam lists and pick one.

Good luck!

If you want to keep totaly stock feeling, and no tune you could run the Old Man Cam from Thunder. Hopefully I'll be installing mine in 2 weeks. JRP did a desktop dyno comparison for me between the OMC and TR's 220 cam, and they were identical until 4500 rps, when the OMC started to pull a little bit. Good luck either way.

Identical except for the lift on the Old Man cam is a spring-eater. I loathe that cam.
