Everyone thanks for the replies on my question earlier about the cam, now im definatly going with the tunning, but i was wondering if i need a tune if i get a new tranny or new high stall converter, because I wanted to wait for everything and then get it tunned. Please let me know getting my car back tomorrow.

I'm getting a tune for my converter not my trans. What it is going to fo is delete torque management and fix the problem with thew converter going in and out of lock-up. Go to the PCM tuning area and you'll see a sticky that explains this.

 

When I had my tranny rebuilt and the TC installed ESP tuned the car to get the shift points right, and remove the torque management (I'm sure they did some other stuff too). Get the tuning the car will run better.

 

Yeah get it tuned. I have TCI 3500 and I'm guetting tired of the TM f^*k up things. Waiting for my FLP Stage 4 to delete that thing.
