Default LS1 Misfire/Stall Issues

Hi everyone, new to the forums here and before anything, thank you to everyone on this forum. So much information that helped my with my LS!

Anyways, I recently just finished my LS1 swap into my Nissan 350Z.
Has a TSP Torquer V2 cam and full exhaust, and the car is tuned.

Drives great, dyno charts were good, everything went smoothly.

The only two issues I have are 1. Decelerating to a red light, stop sign, etc, the rpms will drop to the point that the car will stall out. Starts right back up, no hesitation.
2. Cruising on the freeway 60 mph, it will misfire for a second or two and than be completely fine on WOT.

I pulled the IAC valve out, cleaned it up (wasn't too dirty at all), cleaned the MAF sensor, and made sure none of the lines on my catch can were loose to cause any vacuum leaks and made sure none of my spark plug wires are touching the headers.
Anything else I should be looking for/checking to resolve these issues?

Looks like your tune may need a bit of touching up

Issue #1, take it back to your tuner.
Issue #2, is ignition if my crystal ball is working correctly.

I would try cleaning the throttle body for the low idle issue and go from there. It should be addressed by the tuner but it needs to be clean when you go to the tuner in the first place so clean first then see how it does. If it doesn't act right then take to tuner for a tune touch up for idle issues.

Misfire.. **** who knows you'll have to inspect components. Start with plugs and wires.
