help! cam vs nitrous/boost

is it a bad idea to run nitrous or boost with this cam?
comp cam #54-000-11
gross lift .581
duration 224
valve lift .3420
separation 112.0

I have been told not to use nitrous or boost because of the over lap period.

Spray would be fine.
Boost, you should go with 114+ lsa

I've got that same cam and will be doing a TNT 100 shot on top of the heads/cam

Do you know how much power your puting down with the heads/cam? and your not runing the nitrous yet? let me not how everything works out!
