Default 6.0 motor help

What is the big advantage fromt he 5.7 to the 6.0L Im currently in the proccess of desciding on what to build. Im looking to get 450wrhp on motor and then maybee spray sometime down the road. I already have a set of Patriot Performance heads LS1 Stage 2. WHoud it be worth going to a 402ci motor. I dont mind spending the $ just wana no what the advantage is. What size cam in a 6.0 whould i need to do so

The iron block can be bored to 4.040 or so, the 6.0 crank is a little stronger as is the iron block,you don"t have to clearance the 6.0 block for a 4" stroker crank.It is about 100 lbs heavier then alum.You can use a bigger cam with the added cubes.Cam choice depends on what you want to do with your car.

The only thing im gona be doing with the car is dragign it and some street driving. if i where to go to a 4in stroke crank will there have to be clearnacing done to the block

I don"t think you need to,on the 5.7 you do.I f you want to go all out with the cam go about 242 with about .625 lift on 112 to 114 lda call Alan at Futral motorsports about a killer cam!!
