I ran the car with 3.42's and went soem 11.40's@118. the idle quality of that cam is great. The only thing is, 3.23's are too little gear for it for maximum 1/4 mile e.t.
To take full advantage of the cam you will need to put it in its powerband, which those 3.23's will not do in the 1/4 mile. Something like 3.73's would be good, and 4.10's ideal. But if you just want a cam and arent an all out racer the 3.23's will work, but the car will benefit from more gear.

With 26 inch tall et drags, and 121 mph trap speed I was going through the traps at about 6500-6600 rpms. If you are on a short drag radial 4.10's will force you into 4th, which means 3.73's would be better. The difference between 3.73's and 4.10's should be 200-300 rpms through the traps.
With a standard size radial 80 mph is 3000 rpms.
