Will this cam fit? I just purchased a 239/248 603/578 on a 109.7 will it fit in a stock longblock, I know this is similar to a trex but after searching I cannot find what the PtoV clearence was on a stock motor with a trex cam?

I was told to clay it to check the clearence because it was made for a forged bottom end with valve release and not a stock bottom end but like I said this cam has very similar numbers to the trex so I was wondering what the clearences were with the trex with a stock longblock, I plan on claying it but any info will be appreciated.
