can I run something like an mti x1 cam with the stock cats and still be smog legal? I know it would diminsh some output, but would like to stay legal if possible.

what kind of power might this make? this is on a stock head ls6 with air intake, s2 tb, stainless works lt's, stock cats, magnaflow xpipe, stock ti catback.
