So, my car now has over 100,000 miles on it, and I have seen posts where people recommended replacing parts of the valve train. ie springs and the rest i have no idea....Anyway what would you guys recommend needs replacing or would be a good idea to look into....Please keep in mind that $$$ would be an issue!! LOL... THX for all the help

 

Put some springs on that car for one thing. The stock ones are crap from the get go, much less with 100k miles on them. Some 915 comps or LS6 springs.

 

Me personally, I wouldn't mess with the damn thing. As soon as you crack that engine apart, the flood gates of problems are going to be released upon you. Seriously, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
