High performance dual valve springs coupled with our custom lightweight titanium retainers and specially machined spring cups offer the most stable, and reliable valvetrain. These heads can be milled .030" to increase the compression ratio by 1/2 of a point. This is an excellent street cylinder head with flow numbers exceeding well over 300 CFM on the intake runner and 210+ on the exhaust side. Each set of cylinder heads will come with their own individual flow sheet. If you're looking for a great cylinder head at a great price, look no further. Available for LS1, LS6, LQ9 and all 5.3L truck castings. See the flow sheet attached to this page for flow data.

Your right grasshopper, the search is an amazing feature and I have used plenty of times on this topic.......but not as amazing as reading the question fully before responding .

"These heads can be milled .030" to increase the compression ratio by 1/2 of a point." which is true, but does not say what the exact compression of their heads are to start with. I'm guessing around 10.6? Anybody know for sure?

Perhaps you should state what heads are you thinking of, Oh wise and knowledgeable Master.
"LS1, LS6, LQ9 and all 5.3L truck castings."
I'm sure you know they all have different CR unmilled

That is with stock gasket. You can go a little higher with .040 cometics or .041 felpro. ~10.7
